For domestic shipping, we'll mail it via Hong Kong Post. For standard shipping, the products cannot be tracked and you will only receive our shipping confirmation. You will receive a tracking number only if you place an order with tracked shipping. You may also choose to pick up your product from our store directly!
For international shipping, we'll mail it via international air mail and you will be provided a tracking number upon shipping of the product.

If you have received a defective or a wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of purchase for the return details. You may choose a full refund or have another product delivered to you. We will be responsible for the shipping of the return and replace products in such case.
If you have placed the wrong order, you may exchange the unopened products within 7 days of purchase. You have to bear the shipping of the return product in this case.
To be eligible for return, the product should be unused and returned in original packaging.
For customised products, no return nor exchange is accepted. Please make sure you have communicated all your requests clearly before placing the order.
For purchase on this website you may pay by credit card via Paypal, or choose manual payment that allows you to place the order without immediate payment. You may pay by PayMe or bank transfer and we will contact you for details.
